Nebula 是稀薄的氣體或塵埃構成的天體之一，中文譯為星雲或星霧。Nebula 系列是對遠方時空的幻想，仰望夜空，那些光年之外的雲霧星體，究竟源自億萬年前的過去？還是伸手可及的未來？Nebula 和 Web3 一樣都真實地存在著，帶有著魔幻又燦爛的色彩，讓人想要靠近卻又有些膽怯。
黃柏勳近年作品都帶有許多非現實、穿越時空或人造物的元素，創造出一個源於現實，卻有別於現實的世界觀。
Nebula 22 系列創作計畫，由黃柏勳與 XREX 設計師團隊 Amanda Tsao、Sanne Meijer、Jenny Yu 和 Ruby Tsai 攜手合作，提取黃柏勳作品內元素，拆解並重建構成某個似乎藏在宇宙遠方的想像世界。
此系列 NFT 是【秒懂Web3 ! 數位商機洞察課】這門課的所有學員，進入 Web3 生態系的媒介，共有 5 款視覺主題：星雲、幻象之樹、花之星球、木偶幻術、魔法之球。利用各式元素空間重組，創造出虛與實之間的連結。

Nebula 22 portrays an imagination of a distant time and space. The collection consists of five visual themes: Nebula, Tree of Illusion, Blooming Planet, Magical Orb, and Enchanting Marionette. The Nebula 22 NFT series is a medium for all students to enter a Web3 ecosystem.
